The formative activity aims to develop in the students the awareness of the importance of the protection of "cultural heritage" in the modern societies, and the necessity to adopt some complex strategies: interventions juridical normative and actions of formation, education and cultural sensitization. It furnishes to the students the general principles regarding the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage, and it focuses the attention on law and on the jurisprudence about the theme. It takes the form of an interdisciplinary activity that touches the different fields of law, so as to provide an overview, without neglecting the historical, cultural and economic profiles.
