Teacher	GONNELLA PATRIZIO (syllabus) The course will be developed in three parts. The first will be dedicated to identifying the typical features of strategic litigation in the field of civil liberties. The second part will illustrate cases of strategic litigation in the US and in Italy. The description of the case will also take into account the historical, political, media and social background. The third part will consist of practical lessons. The students will be engaged in writing examinations. (reference books) Students will receive the relevant materials during class.
