(objectives)
The course aims at applying the “learning by experience” methodology to women’s rights, with a particular focus on social identity of migrant women in Italy. The methodology, which integrates a theoretical perspective (both legal-philosophical and legal-historical) and a practical activity by means of a legal helpdesk (organized by A Buon Diritto), aims at developing a theoretical analysis of concrete, individual experiences.
